This is the part three of my blog post about our recent Maternity and Newborn/Sibling photoshoot with Nino Travagli Photography. One nice thing of the package deal we got for the photoshoot was the no charge for additional family member we wanted to include during the supposed to be Newborn shots of Amyn. We decided to make it a combo shots of both our Akyn and Amyn together in one picture together.❤️
My heart is so full of happiness scanning thru each of their photos together. I still can’t believe I was gifted the chance to be the mom of my two adorable boys.👦
How is it to have a nine year age gap between my boys? It’s actually perfect for us and it made it a little bit easier with the fact that Akyn is able to help us in his own little ways to look after our Amyn. For instance, when we have Doctors appointment, he volunteers to carry the baby changing bag. How responsible our Kuya Akyn is! When I needed a quick wee and someone needs to watch Amyn while I am away for few minutes, he is willing enough to watch his baby brother in his crib and the list continues.
Akyn is always in a hurry to go home after school so he can cuddle his brother. I was dreading at first to see what will be Akyn’s reaction now that he is no longer the only child at home. Will he be jealous with the attention given to our newest family member or sulk for loosing the only child moment?
My nine year old boy has an EQ more than most of us adults can display. Never I have seen him upset with us being a family of four now. He’s showing the entire opposite of what I was worried about. He said he was so thankful for finally having a brother now. He’s got a playmate and a company to be with.❤️
