On my way home, I overheard some group of girls sitting behind my spot talking about adulting concerns. I didn’t intend to listen to their private personal agendas but couldn’t help it because their voices were audible enough for the rest of the passengers to listen. Happy Easter Sunday everyone. Because it’s Easter, my sister and I made a homemade burger with eggs as one of its main ingredients. Yey! Cravings satisfied. I recently watched the advertisement of some local fast food chains about their enticing burgers which made me salivate with just the sight of it. Last night’s congestion of traffic was so terrible as always expected during Valentine’s Day and it happened to be the Ash Wednesday as well of the Catholic calendar. Last week was quite a busy week for Cebu because of the Sinulog Celebration. One of the local festival most Cebuano’s are excited to experience. For the very first time, we let Akyn witness Sinulog sa Kabataan and enjoy the colorful sight of vibrantly dressed street dancers offering their performance to Senior Santo Niño. He was mesmerized with the joyous event seeing children dancing on the street with every beat of the drum.
