I've just finished having a videocall with my Papa and Mama who were excited to share their new hair cut style today. LOL. My left arm still feel sore after I had my second dose of my Covid Vaccine. It's the only discomfort I felt after having the jab. Finally it's weekends. I guess many have been waiting for the end of the week to come getting a break from the work stress. I love weekends, too because it's our time to relax with my boys. While lazily lying in bed with my Mon and Akyn one late afternoon, I saw some white like cotton dropping from the sky in our window. Immediately got up excitedly telling my boys it was snowing. I'm writing this post while feeling so overjoyed with our very first blessing for this year. What a nice start, isn't it? Felt energised after having an afternoon nap for three hours with my Akyn. 😘 Can't complain this moment of having to slow down a bit and spend more time with my boys. ❤️ Because it's winter season, we've been making a lemon ginger tea everyday warming us up from the chilly weather. We usually use our mini Russell Hobbs chopper for our ginger so it's easier to prepare the tea. The tea making with the complete gang. Happy to see the sun shining brightly today. The past few day's weather was horrendously cold. Though there was no proper snowfall, however, the streets were covered with patches of ice making it slippery to walk. I had my own share of this acrobat moment before going to work. It's been a while since I last posted anything for Akynfullhouse. Non stop agency nursing in the making my friends. Agency nurses here are paid almost three times than the regular salary of a permanent staff. So, during my rest days especially during weekdays when my Akyn is at school and Mon is at work, I'd rather choose to work as well than staying at home doing nothing. Every year has it's own story to tell. This year might not be a great year for everyone, however, I am indeed truly grateful for all the blessings we got as a family.
