Another week it took to post the seccond part of our Cornwall adventure.(LOL) That’s the reality of the busy life of a pregnant working Momma. I am already looking forward to the days when I am going to be off from work. If working as a nurse is already an exhausting job, it is much more harder when you are working whilst pregnant. We are always on our feet carrying a heavy belly with us.How challenging is that? Few more shifts pretty Mommas and I will be relaxing myself at home with feet up in our couch.😁
Anyway, let’s get to the meat of our second day in Cornwall.I feel cold while browsing our photos here.It was so windy and cloudy when we visited the place. My outfit was just right during this day, a warm body fit dress, tight enough not to get blown by the wind.😂
Tintagel Castle is part of the English Heritage and because we signed up for a family membership, we saved around almost sixty pounds for the entrance fee. It was all for free for the three of us.Lucky day!
Another breathtaking scenery we’ve experienced for the very first time dear friends.Tintagel Castle is a historic site situated on the clifftops of North Cornwall and also linked with the legend of King Arthur. We can’t leave the place without seeing the statue of King Arthur.😉
The castle is more like the ruins left and they preserved the stones as much as they could.
Look at the stunning view.
The three little friends going together anywhere they go.
The madam taking every opportunity to pose.😘
If you can see in the background, we had to walk all the way to the top to see King Arthur’s statue.Due to the rugged coastal landscape, there are steep slopes, sheer drops and uneven surfaces which can present a challenge. I was very careful with my steps here and had to hold Mon at some point when going up and down the rocky path.
The view is like a photo from a post card.I can’t imagine such a beautiful place like this will be possible for us to see in our lifetime.💕Never stop dreaming and realizing your goals for we will never know we are almost at the top of our life goals dearest.
It was cold, windy but who cares if you are savouring the beauty of nature like this?
Behind me is a very stiff cliff. My legs were shaking just imaging how deep it was down there but got to take a quick shot for remembrance pretty Mommas.(LOL)😂
Our little growing family of three will soon be a family of four and we are all excited to welcome our newest baby in the family soon.
We reached more than 10k steps that day.
There was a long queue for tourists to take a photo with King Arthur statue and it was even starting to drizzle but nobody dared to budge to get out of their queue. (LOL) That’s how determined we are to get this picture.😘
The going home moment passing through the very steep stairs.
In the afternoon, we spent it in one of Cornwall’s beaches were we can harvest shells for free. The kids were all playing in the shore not minding the coldness of the wind whilst the adults are busy getting shells for our evening meals.
Went home and the swimming continues with these kiddos. They enjoyed the jacuzzi available in our booked accomodation for our entire stay.
More travel experiences to come. 🫰
