I am feeling a bit better today after being sick for this week. So thankful to my family for looking after me whilst I spent most of the days in bed recovering and to my employer for giving me sometime off from work to rest. I wouldn’t be fit to take care of my patient during those days to be honest. If there’s something I am dreading a lot during my pregnancy, that would be being ill because I would be worrying a lot not just for myself but for my baby inside my womb, too. The struggle is real Mommas.😘
Anyway, let’s get to the meat of how excited I am to share to you some of the newest blessings we got from the previous weeks before Covid hit me. 😒We finally had the courage to get our bedroom wardrobe changed after our third year stay in our UK permanent abode. It’s a very much needed renovation with our clothes piling up everywhere. We just got no more storage for all of them. Glad to have come across with the company called SHARPS BEDROOM as recommended by one of our friends.
The process from inquiring, planning to the delivering of the items up to the completion of the project was so fast. I am so AMAZED. I love their staffs as well very polite and accommodating. They personalised our wardrobe as to how we needed it to be without overspending our budget for it.😍
We had to clear out both bedrooms as much as we can to make space for all the materials needed for our new wardrobe. The house was in complete chaos. Trust the process as they say and it will all be worth it at the end.❤️
This is going to be our bedroom for Mon and Me.
and our previous Master’s bedroom will be for Akyn.
These guys served us for three years. It’s about time for them to retire.(LOL)😂
Akyn’s messy clothes corner.🤣
First day of the job. I can’t contain my excitement to see the finish result at this point. I am already itching to start organizing my Akyn’s clothes.
Tadaaan! First bedroom completed on the third day of the construction. I requested for drawers for Akyn’s pair of socks and undies. It’s expensive to request for drawers but I would rather spend few pounds to complete what we needed than regret later of not having it.
For my little boy’s tiny winter coats and jumpers. I have also extra storage for his unused toys to be stored on top.
The mirror was given to us for free( thanks Chris). These shelves are a must to separate his home clothes to his clothes he wears when we are out of the house. I’ve cleaned and organized everything on the day it was finished. That was how eager I am to see the finish output.😂
Look how divine it turned out to be. The colours of the wood and the hardware were all Akyn’s choice. Sharps showed us loads of design to choose from and it was quite overwhelming. My Akyn never hesitated to voice out what he wanted for both rooms. My boy does have a splendid taste when it comes to interior designing.
Someone’s very happy posing for a photo right away. I love the colour combination of our wardrobe. Looks so cozy with it’s neutral look paired with gold hardware. It matches well to contrast our midnight coloured carpet. I love how Jordan (our fitter) made sure our carpet remains divine even after the project. I can already see myself during winter staying in our bedroom appreciating the beauty in front of me, our newly built cabinet while my feet are pampered with the warmth of our upstairs carpet.
Fourth day was for the second bedroom.
Tadaaan! Final day of the project. How gorgeous does she looks. I did the same thing to clean and organized everything on that same day. Crazy Momma! 🤣
Bought new organizers and clothes hanger in advance to use.Sharps also took all the after work rubbish for free. We paid nothing for all our rubbish collections, a big help to us.
Another big blessing we had this week is my confirmation for my ILR (Indefinite Leave to Remain) approval. I never expected it to be this early because the normal waiting time is about six months from the time of application. It only took me only four months for the waiting game. I was beyond happy when I read the confirmation email. I waited for five years to be eligible for this. I can finally say no more to working visa status.UK is officially my second home pretty Mommas.❤️
Thank you dear Lord for EVERYTHING.❤️❤️❤️
