Family Stroll in New Castle

I am not very consistent with my target post day for my blog to my dearest Akynfullhouse website. What could be the reason behind? Loads of family schedules getting done especially now that it is the start of our boy’s school break. Akyn is still at the stage where he prefers to stay in the part of our house where I am. I won’ be able to finish my thoughts in writing when he is around trying to get my attention every now and then. I don’t complain. I love and would like to savour this sweet stage of him. So, instead of getting to tight with myself in finishing my goal posting day, I became lenient with it. I will write when I will have the time but for sure will never forget to catch up if I can.❤️

Latest update pretty Mommas. We had the chance to meet our bro-in-law here in the UK. Thank you Lord for this rare opportunity! ❤️It feels closer to home when we can spend time to those people close to us back home. I miss home more than ever. If only the cost of our plane ticket is affordable enough to visit home often, we would no doubt book it every year. Unfortunately it isn’t. This Momma got to save more if I wanted to go on holidays.😂

Bryan messaged us days prior to their arrival to the UK and when their ship finally arrived in the port of Blyth, we immediately scheduled a date when all of us are free to get some bonding time. If there is a will there is a way as they say.❤️

Thank you to the most generous boss of Bryan to let us tour inside their workplace. Following photos are the reflections of once in a lifetime opportunity to get to know more of the seaman’s workplace.

It was such a huge ship. We were all excited to view each part of it. How amazing! Thank you Bryan for letting us enjoy the moment. Akyn was very much delighted of his experience there.

We tried their binoculars, too.

I didn’t realize Akyn took a photo of me whilst enjoying the view.

They also have a pool table to play with.

We got to witness and experience how noisy it is down in the engine station that we even had to wear earplugs.

Remaking Jack and Rose of Titanic the bisaya edition.(LOL)🤣

After the tour, we went to the city centre in New Castle to get some lunch in Nandos. Happy tummies ready to stroll around. It was our first time as a family to visit New Castle. Another tickbox has been ticked in our travel list goals.😍

Took some random shots around the city centre. We made sure Bryan had loads of photos as a remembrance of this beautiful day.

Thank you Bry for all these trinkets from your previous travel destinations. Akyn loved the hat and the Canadian bell. We will surely keep them. Until next time.
