Hull Fair 2024

A long overdue blog post again pretty Mommas. 😒It takes me a lot of effort to get myself settled and compose a new write up during my third trimester. I am always tired and would prefer to sleep when I am at home. I bet most ladies would be able to relate to the exhaustion when we’re nearer our due month. All those discomforts like leg cramps, insomnia, difficulty finding a comfy position to sleep and more on the list to add are all coming to its full blast during this period.❤️

Salute to all MUMS who had endured all these sacrifices for our little ones. So pat on the back for all of us Pretties.

Anyway, let’s get on to the main agenda for this post which is all about our trip to Hull fair 2024. We initially got no plans for this year in going to the fair. However, if you got a little one bribing you with loads of kisses and hugs just to let him enjoy the fair this year, you’ll definitely find it hard to say no plus he showed us all his newest award from school. He loves school more than ever. I hope his interest to learn more in school will continue until he finishes his uni years. Mon and I will always be here to support him to all his academic endeavours now and in the future.

Congratulations Akyn for gaining the top spot on his timetables Math lesson in class.

Our heart swelled in happiness seeing him excelled in his class. This boy deserves a trip to the Hull Fair, don’t you think?😂

Our main agreement prior to going to the fair is for him to choose only one ride, one toy and his chocolate doughnuts. Do you think this agreement will stand during the actual visit? Well see!(LOL)

We took a lot of photos when we arrived. Akyn wanted to be a Sonic during the night. His onesies are very comfy and warm to wear during this month when the temperature is also getting colder. I am savouring the moment when he is still at the stage where he loves those costume outfit. Pretty soon he will be asking for those teenage get up.Nooooo!😍

His ride of choice is this adventure house. It has different areas to explore for a fiver.

After the ride, we passed by some little booth with different games. I know we only agreed for one ride, but this kiddo wanted to catch a duck for a toy. So, okay! We thought this will be the toy we agreed earlier.

Trying his best to catch a very good one!❤️

After several attempts, he finally won one and chose this smiling plushie cat. He loves sleeping surrounded with different plushies on his bed. Another added to the collection.😂

Apart from the agreed toy, he asked for a Sonic head hat, too. That’s more than one toy now. How can I say no when his puppy eyes convinced me to get this one?

The chocolate doughnuts became more than one food trip. The food prices were a bit expensive compared to the previous years now. Still we tried every single stall our tastes buds craved. It’s only once a year event. Might as well make the most of it.

We ended up the night full and happy. After our food trip, we headed straight home to call it a night. It’s colder and colder now pretty Mommas. Staying in our cozy house with a hot choco is the best place to spend the night with.

Grateful for moments like this to enjoy with our boy. It’s the happy memory that counts for them to cherish forever we’ve spent together as a family.
