In Liverpool Day 2

As planned, here's the second part of our trip to Liverpool. Traveling doesn't only mean ticking the box of accomplished places we've visited but it's our own way of gaining our energy back from the stressful adulting life. So thankful to my friends' suggestions as to where to visit next here in the UK. Everyday is an opportunity to discover more about this county. I'm always excited to visit new places with my family especially if I know shopping is very much recommended to the nearby big shops of the area. LOL😁 I'll start my blog with my travel OOTD.... My Birthday in Liverpool Day 1

I was contemplating on how would I celebrate my birthday few weeks ago and Mon said to me, "Celebrate it the way you wanted!" Well, that would mean another family travel is going to happen because my top likes on the list on special event is really to travel and shop with my family. I love to spend our alone time together in going to places we've never been to. It's not like we don't want our friend's company to join with us but it's more of a moment to remember as a family getaway. If you don't get what... Read More

New Mobile Legends Playmate

I was in the other room when I heard Mon and Akyn talking like they were planning an attack to someone's base. When I checked them on what made them so busy and noisy😒,they were actually playing an online game called Mobile Legends. A satisfying view seeing Mon finally got his little playmate for his online gaming obsession. "Just follow my lead Akyn when I say you use your power then attack!" "Daddy an enemy has been slain!" I can't relate to the enjoynment of what they were both up to. I tried playing once with Akyn but I always... Read More

My First Shein Order

Gloomy foggy day it is. We are getting nearer to the coldest season of the year in each passing day. Not an exciting season for me because I don't like coldness. I'm not like Elsa or Ana of the Frozen. LOL😂The weather might be cold but I still hope our hearts would remain the warmth needed to console each other's gloominess at times. 😍 This is one of the reasons why I super love my blog and my FB blog page as it's my venue to share my cordial personality to inspire others. Not letting anyone else dull our sparkles... Read More

Guilt Free York Trip

Because it's half term, we made it sure to bring Akyn to a trip even for just a day. We've been thinking of going somewhere near and York won the list of places to visit. We had visited York several times but not to the York Designer Outlet. It was not only Akyn who was excited but this Momma has been very eager to step in the said store. I'm almost four years here in the UK but I didn't had the chance to come here. First time, ey? Let's start with the OOTD. An important part of every ladies'... Read More

Sewing DIY Projects

I can attest now that the kind of weather affects someone's mood. I thought before one's disposition depends ONLY with how our brain cells choose to view things everyday but no. If the weather is miserable out there, I tend to become more tired. All I want is to stay indoors and hone the introvert side of me. Duvet covers on, book in one side of the hand and the other hand is free to grab my cup of coffeee. Cozy but it makes me a little sad not able to see Mr. Sunshine. I grew up in a tropical... Combating Stress

Have you heard an old joke about Santa Claus asking a staff nurse specific Christmas wish? The nurse requested for a dragon and then Santa told her off to be realistic. So she asked instead for a fully staffed ward everytime she goes to work. Was her wish granted do you think? Santa eventually asked what color she would like for her dragon! This joke never grows old for me. I wonder when will it ever have enough people to share the workload in the hospital. If you're reading this, come on guys apply for a nursing job now. It's... Book Hoarder

Few weeks ago, we went to East Park Woodford Leisure Centre swimming pool to try it for the first time. I had no intentions of swimming at all because first, I got no swimming suit and second I don't know how to swim. Bummer! Thank you Ate Susan for letting me borrow a swimwear. I'm starting to browse online to get my own swimming attire to use every summer. I should have done this months ago.😂LOL That's us fresh from the pool. East Park is becoming a frequent destination for us to spend our weekends. Apart from it's a huge... Read More

Bathroom Reveal

I feel sorry to those who are currently at work today in the UK with this kind of weather, too hot, uniform too constrictive and uncomfy to wear, office buildings absorbing too much heat, what else can I say? Tomorrow is also expected to be warmer than today. I'm used to high temperatures back home so I'm a little bit fine with it but for those who aren't, it's quite unbearable. This too shall pass pretty Mommas. Stay hydrated! As promised during my previous posts that I will be sharing our toilet renovation we did in our house in Cebu.... Read More

Aesthetically Pleasing

Whilst browsing through my photos, it always catches my eyes to admire the kind of home we created together. Nothing extravagant, just cozy and the pure feeling of I'm at HOME, my comfort zone. It excites me to go home after a stressful day where I can finally be with my family to spend time with them. It's a routine after work to head straight to shower, eat together followed by the best moment of having to stretch my legs with the comfiest home clothes and a new book to read on one hand while cuddling my baby boy with... Ikea UK

I am supposed to write the consecutive parts of our London trip but decided to write our Ikea in Leeds adventure instead as a part of me again is so much excited to share my weakness to shopping home decors. Who wouldn't be when Ikea has so many beatiful choices out for display? Overwhelming shopping experience for this Momma. Me and my boys taking a selfie before the journey begins. It was a lovely Sunday morning when we went there. After attending the Holy mass, the Reginos invited us if we wanted to go to Leeds. Our initial plan was... Read More

London Day 1

Akyn's opening of class will still be this Wednesday. More bonding time with my Bokyn at home on this rainy morning. We will do some playtime activities after finishing this post. I'm here to share our recent family trip. Writing in our Akynfullhouse website to document another unlocked happy moment for this half term break for our Akyn on a lovely spring season. A great time to go on a family holiday. We've planned for this trip since the beginning of this year and thanks God our request for a time off was granted. It was hitting two birds in... Read More

Always Not Boring

Another Monday madness for the most working class but for me, it's a Monday bliss as usual. Sorry for rubbing it in pretty Mommas because I just can't contain my happiness to look forward for this day, my rest day!🤣I've heard some notions about working overseas life, before I decided to work abroad, that life will turn out to be boring filled with all work concept, no fun, all stress, missery and only monetary gains. But then I've proven it all wrong as the quality of our lives whether we are in our homeland or somewhere miles away from home,... Read More

Bookworm Alert

I got loads of pending blog post to make which took me half an hour to decide what to write first with all the beautiful list of topics I am thrilled to share to my blog. I've finished taking my time sipping my cup of coffee this morning while doing a mental picture of organizing my thoughts. What should I write as my intro, body and end for this write up. It takes a lot of my brain cells( if I have any🤣) to work out every piece in finishing a post. How much more in writing a novel. That's... Read More

Newest Obsession Review

Happy Easter pretty Mommas! It's a quite morning for a sleepy head chatty writer. I skipped my morning coffee routine because I'll be at work tonight. To be up all night means a dose of caffeine before the busy hospital shift. As much as I love coffee, I try to limit my intake to once a day or else I will be up til the morning. We don't have much plans for today apart from attending the Sunday Easter mass then home to get some sleep before going to work. And of course, my blogging hobby won't be out of... Read More

Easter Bonnet DIY and Shopping Haul

For the very first time Mon started using our Captain America, the name Akyn gave to our blue car to York to get the feeling on how it is to drive in the motorway as he is normally scared to drive in such fast lane. Thanks God he safely managed to do it. His officemates are encouraging him more to face his fears in using the motorway for him to overcome it as days go by. It's also cheaper to drive in going to work compared to paying for a train ticket. Because he didn't need to wait anymore for... Read More
