Maternity Photoshoot Awaiting Amyndeen 2024

I am so much delighted now that my blog website is finally fixed after it has been temporarily shut down due to suspected spammers trying to gain access to it. Thank you to my personal IT guy (my husband) who’s looking after my Akynfullhouse. Love you Teddy!( ayeee😂) The meat of my blog today as it says in the title is all about my maternity shoot last November of 2024. I never ever imagined I would still be able to experience this kind of fun activity during my pregnancy. I didn’t even expect to get pregnant again in the first... Read More

Hull Fair 2024

A long overdue blog post again pretty Mommas. 😒It takes me a lot of effort to get myself settled and compose a new write up during my third trimester. I am always tired and would prefer to sleep when I am at home. I bet most ladies would be able to relate to the exhaustion when we're nearer our due month. All those discomforts like leg cramps, insomnia, difficulty finding a comfy position to sleep and more on the list to add are all coming to its full blast during this period.❤️ Salute to all MUMS who had endured all... Day 3 Cornwall-St Michael’s Mount

Non stop rain for the past two days here in Hull. I am really missing summer now.😒I am a summer baby lover. So here I am finishing my next blog post of our Cornwall trip whilst fully covered with my cozy blanket at home. Anyway, back to our main subject for this morning, we made it sure to book an activity in our everyday stay in Cornwall. Of course, it seldom happens when we visit the place, we needed to make the most of it. Booked it online two days in advance for everyone in the group to be able... Read More

Day 2 Cornwall-Tintagel Castle

Another week it took to post the seccond part of our Cornwall adventure.(LOL) That's the reality of the busy life of a pregnant working Momma. I am already looking forward to the days when I am going to be off from work. If working as a nurse is already an exhausting job, it is much more harder when you are working whilst pregnant. We are always on our feet carrying a heavy belly with us.How challenging is that? Few more shifts pretty Mommas and I will be relaxing myself at home with feet up in our couch.😁 Anyway, let's get... Day 3 Scotland-Edinburgh Holyrood Palace

I have been blogging since 2017 and I have just noticed I'm so much into using photo narrative method to tell my story. The fact that I love to take photos every family trip makes it easier for me to create a story out of it. Although sometimes, I used my blog to express my sentiments without using any relevant photos at all but that only happens once in a blue moon.(LOL)🤣It only goes to show blogging serves as my therapy to lighten up my emotions when things seem to get too overwhelming for me pretty Mommas. What's your own... Read More

Surprise Baby Shower

I have never expected in my entire stay here in the UK that I will ever experience a surprise party from my friends for any occasion at all. I love organizing gifts and parties for others, though. It excites me to choose something special to people dear to me. Do you feel the happiness, too when you see their smiles upon receiving your presents?❤️❤️❤️ Last week, my Filipino ward friends planned for a get together BBQ in the garden hosted by one of my friends. On the day of the said date, I was busy doing my own groceries and... Read More

Mini Pool At Home

Happy sunny day everyone. It's seldom to have a very nice weather like this in the UK. Make the most of it while the sunshine last. Last Sunday, after my fourth shift coming from succeeding nights, my boys bought our second mini inflatable pool after they went to church. Our first pool was quite big. We decided to have a smaller size just enough for Akyn to save water consumption.😂Because I already took a shower upon arriving home after work that would mean only Akyn will have his pool time while Mami and Dadi does the grilling for our BBQ.... Mon’s Birthday and Akyn’s Achievement

We've been waiting for our Monoy's special day to come because the three of us are off on his birthday. The feeling of waking up in the morning and not thinking of coming to work or having any strict schedule to follow is an absolute gem in our adulting lives Pretty Mommas.😊 Our Akyn woke up early to greet his Dad a happiest birthday. Our boy already planned what to do on this day. He wanted us to buy Daddy a present, enjoy strolling the city and to eat out together as a family. I couldn't agree more with his... Read More

Sharps Wardrobe and ILR Granted

I am feeling a bit better today after being sick for this week. So thankful to my family for looking after me whilst I spent most of the days in bed recovering and to my employer for giving me sometime off from work to rest. I wouldn't be fit to take care of my patient during those days to be honest. If there's something I am dreading a lot during my pregnancy, that would be being ill because I would be worrying a lot not just for myself but for my baby inside my womb, too. The struggle is real... Read More

1st Place Winner Hornsea Music Festival 2024

Akyn's first half of the year is the busiest time with his piano endeavors because most of the music festivals he usually joins happen during those months plus he got his yearly performance to be graded so he can proceed to the next level of his piano competence.Yes, kids who study piano here in the UK are required to sumbit themselves for an exam before they can proceed to the next grade. With all those tasks mentioned, my Akyn never complained of being exhausted. He's always looking forward when Miss Mila, his piano teacher would come to start for another lesson.Sometimes, we would... God’s Answered Prayer-Second Baby Coming

It took me a while to update another blog to my website because I felt so exhausted 😩 last few weeks ago. Reading from the title of my blog, you’ll be able to tell what good news I am about to share to you pretty Mommas.Yes, I am carrying our second baby in the family. 🫶🏼 We’ve been trying for so long to have another child and we’ve actually reached the point when we already accepted that God might have only destined me to have one baby in my lifetime. But then, without us expecting, the most awaited happy blessing... Read More

Humber Bridge Country Park

With the start of our Akyn's Easter holiday this weekends, we are tied to our mommy and daddy duties 24/7. I always love when our boy is at home because we can spend more time with him. Kids grow up so fast and their needy stage won't last long. Many parents with grown up kids would always advise me to savor the sweet stage moment of my boy when he's still too clingy and too expressive to let me know he misses my hugs when I am at work. Time will come when they will have their own set of... Read More

Piano Solo Invite-Celebration Concert Cottingham

I still can't believe my little man got invited to perform his solo piano performance last Saturday,16th of March in Cottingham. Akyn was so excited and looking forward for the special day to come. Who would have thought we will be able to experience to be part of the beautiful musical event like this in the UK. It was our first time seeing young people performing using musical instruments like the harp, violin and the angelic voices of the children, too gave me goose bumps. It wasn't just an ordinary performance because the participants in the event were mostly winners from... Read More

UK Mother’s Day Plus Back Pain

I'm feeling a bit better now compared to the weekend horrendous back pain I had. Is this the sign of aging?Since I started working here as a nurse, my body had experienced all the ACHES🤣 I never had to endure before especially my back and my arms. These two body parts are the most overused muscles when I'm at work. Last Sunday, I had to ring in sick because of another back pain but this time it was the worst I had before. It was so painful ever! When I lay flat in bed, I can't roll to my sides because... First Manga Book Owned

Good morning pretties. It's such a gloomy day today here.⛈️. After I dropped Akyn to school, I was walking alone entertaining my inner thoughts. It was already starting to rain a bit and the sky turned darker than it was minutes ago. Although the weather wasn't perfect as I was hoping it to be on my rest day, miraculously my mood wasn't affected. I felt so gracious for everything happening in my life whilst my stay here as an immigrant. The film we watched last night made me more thankful of what I am now.❤️ We watched a movie in... Five Years UK RN

Let us do a time travel via blog post.😂Five years ago, early morning on the 26th of February 2019, I arrived in the UK with only 30 kilos of personal belongings in my luggage and a pocket money of less than a thousand pounds to survive my one month of stay here. I came here alone with no family or close friends to be with. How courageous my younger self was to follow my dreams, to practice my profession miles away from home, with no security yet if I will be able to pass my OSCE's( the last exam I... Read More
